"I met Joe at Integral Systems where he was consulting with the marketing department and CEO.
When I moved to TesserAct (a leading HR enterprise software supplier) as VP Marketing in 1995,
I asked him to help us in a few areas. He managed and completed a number of projects including:

1. Created our first major Sales Pricing Guide.
2. Updated our product pricing allowing for higher revenue from larger customers.
3. Developed an End of Life process and determined which products should be EOLed.
